About Body Transformer Boot Camp!

What is Body Transformer Boot Camp?
A unique program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Personal Trainers who live right here in beautiful Winder, GA. Each day, camp will be one hour in length, Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM-6:30 PM, or 7:30 PM-8:30 PM / Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30 PM-7:30 PM / Fridays from 5:30 PM-6:30 PM, or 7:30 PM-8:30 PM…And as always, Saturdays are FREE for you, your friends, and your family members who want to give us a try!  Join us from 8:00-9:00 AM every Saturday morning…and be sure to bring a guest! 

What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.
Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will motivate others through your hard work and dedication and be motivated by others.

Where is the location we will meet?
All Boot Camp Classes will meet at Body Transformer Fitness for Women located at 133 W. Athens Street (Suites B & C) in Winder, GA.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength and endurance, calisthenics, body weight circuit training, sport drills, competitive activities, and more!

How often will we meet?
Classes are offered daily Monday through Saturday.  Class times vary depending upon the day.  All participants will be expected to arrive on time.  On Mondays and Wednesdays, camp starts promptly at 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM, or at 7:30 PM. On Tuesdays & Thursdays, camp starts promptly at 6:30 PM.  On Friday, camp starts promptly at 5:30 PM, or at 7:30 PM.  On Saturdays, camp starts promptly at 8:00 AM.

When does the next Boot Camp start?
The good news for you is that our Camps are On-going which means that you can join in at any time (space permitting)!  What this also means is that should you join our program while another camp is in mid-session, or is nearing conclusion, you will be able to roll your membership over into the next camp for as many weeks as you have remaining in your camp membership.

WHAT TO BRING… An elastic exercise band, an exercise mat, a water bottle, and a desire to have FUN!You can purchase exercise bands at WAL*MART, Target, Academy Sports, Hibbett, or other sports equipment stores.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better.Also, you’ll meet some great folks who share the same vision as you and are striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

We are now accepting registration for the Winder camp. You will get your pre-camp orientation and assessment by your instructor prior to the start of camp. Once we receive notification of your registration, you will be contacted to schedule your orientation where your pre-camp assessmentwill also be completed.
